CrewMix, LLC ("CrewMix," "we," "us") operates the CrewMix workforce marketplace. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business name.

Call Data

When your AI worker answers calls, we collect call recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, and lead information extracted from conversations. Callers are notified that calls are recorded.

Billing Information

Payment processing is handled by our payment processor. We do not store your credit card numbers. We receive and store your customer ID and subscription status.

Usage Data

We use privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics to understand how visitors use our website. No personal data is collected by our analytics.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the CrewMix service
• To configure and operate your AI workers
• To send you lead notifications via SMS and email
• To process billing and manage subscriptions
• To communicate service updates and important notices
• To monitor service performance and fix issues (we do not use your call recordings or transcripts to train AI models)

How We Share Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate CrewMix:

• Telephony providers (phone calls and SMS)
• AI processing providers (voice and language)
• Payment processors (billing and subscriptions)
• Cloud infrastructure providers (database and hosting)
• Email delivery providers (transactional email)

We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

Caller Information

When someone calls a business that uses CrewMix, our AI worker may collect the caller's phone number, a recording of the conversation, and a transcript. Callers are notified at the start of each call that it may be recorded.

Caller data is used solely to provide the service to our customer (the business being called). We do not sell caller data or use it for marketing. Callers may request deletion of their data by emailing support@crewmix.ai with the phone number and approximate date of the call.

SMS Messaging

After a phone call handled by a CrewMix AI worker, the caller may receive a single follow-up SMS message containing a confirmation of what was discussed and expected follow-up timing.

• Messages are transactional only. We do not send marketing or promotional messages to callers.
• Message frequency: typically one message per phone call.
• Callers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@crewmix.ai.
• Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Caller phone numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and call records for the duration of your account. If you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where required by law.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security in our database, and secure authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a standard format
• Opt out of non-essential marketing communications

Cookies

Children

CrewMix is a business service not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
